As a current customer I ordered the Pixel 9 last night. Going to try and cancel that order and get this instead as I missed it the last go round. Hope it's good for current customers (I did log in and it was available for 599).
This would be tempting for me if it were at least $100 cheaper. Hard to justify paying an extra $300 for this compared to the regular Pixel 9 from Mint when the MSRP difference is only $200. I'd like the 5x telephoto lens, but not that bad.

How did you find that? I check multiple times per day on the app.
I reached out to chat about that as in the past if the deal showed up after you logged in you don't have to worry about the port-in.Their response:
"Nice! Besides the timeframes mentioned above, yes! The device should work great on an exiting mint mobile plan, and if it was fully paid, it can be requested to be unlocked in 60 days as mentioned."

Where do you see the Pixel 9 and how much was it? I can't find it in the app.

Yeah, sorry. What I meant it, you cannot be new, getting this as a second line. I was all set to get the Pixel 9 deal a couple weeks ago, and then noticed I could not unless I ported in my number(or was an existing customer). At least that was my understanding. I want to keep my current number where is it, and get this as as new line.

This has always been the case since Pixel 6... Hard to justify the price difference to Pro models just for the telephoto. As with everything materialist in life, the incremental add-on features are never 'worth it. Practically every upgrade in electronics to cars to appliances all suffer from this. The luxury market has always been appealing to emotions, status, fomo, incremental add-ons
