Currently Taiwanese tools are much better than US made tools. The last Stanley US tools were worse than Harbor Freight

The lifetime warranty never went away. Now you just send them a picture from your phone and they ship to your house. The warranty is better now than it has ever been.

Hmm, I didn't know you could take a picture and they would warrant it. I always took the broken sockets to Lowes for an exchange. Unfortunately the last one I took was a 6 point socket and Lowe's only had 12 points.
