You need $45 if you want free shipping to your house (maybe get some other V-series tools), or it's free shipping to your local store for pickup.
Most of it them are from the French company FACOM.
They are good tools but I expect the V-Series brand to fail. At which point you would likely get Chinese-made Craftsman replacements under warranty rather than the tool you paid for.

I got the 3/8-in Drive Metric Shallow Socket Set (18-Pieces) and the finish on the sockets are very consistent and flawless and perhaps even better than the competitors out there. I find the designed case really well done – it's a keeper. And the sale price is reasonable. For all that, I will go through the break-in process as part of the ownership experience.
