I bought a refurb Launchkey 49 from Novation. I didn't like the way the keys felt at the highest register and the keys were a little uneven in height. They sent me a brand new one and told me to let them if everything was OK with it. Novation also offered a retroactive deal after that for Ableton Live Suite at 50% off for those who purchased Launchkey. I really like Novation. They stand by their products. I prefer their B-Stock prices at their Reverb store:
