Good controller, was concerned over the white thumb sticks since a previous controller had them and turned brown over time. I have put probably 40 hours of Elden Ring and BO6 onto this controller and the sticks are still white.
This might be just speculation but I believe these newer controller versions have a downgraded audio jack. When I plugged in my headphones I felt that the high ends were super harsh. Never noticed this on my original V1 controllers but this is a nitpick and could just be manufacturing tolerance.
The color on this is very pretty! Reflects silver / pink / green.

This should honestly be the normal price for these controllers. My kids have gone through many of these over the years and you're lucky if you get one that lasts longer than a year. I have PlayStation three controllers that are older than these and still going strong…

Good price, but screw Sony controllers and their stick drift.

They purposefully use bad hardware so they break and keep the controller prices high. Not a conspiracy. Look it up. It's absolutely anti consumer (like most things Sony does)

Can't believe normal price is $80. Getting crazy expensive to play video games.

i agree these are expensive. but it's also a lesson for your kids to not abuse electronics. tossing controllers. playing with greasy hands. throwing them at the wall in rage. microsoft and nintendo must make trash hardware too cuz all controllers have inflated in price

look it up is not a source, all controllers from all manufacturers are prone to stick drift unless they use magnetic hw

if what you are saying is true the easiest lawsuit would be on their doorsteps

do provide evidence for your claims

A quick google search will give you plenty of evidence on this. There have been class actions against Sony for this. Here's a full breakdown from ifixit of why they are designed to break and how it can be fixed using aftermarket parts. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pCVBnpyrn3g
