I've had it for 4 years, and it's almost completely intact. There's a tiny bit of flaking on the armrest at the seams, and that's it. Most comfortable office chair I've had.

Who makes office chairs that aren't bonded? That's seems to be all I can find. I'd even be willing to spend $650 but I can't find a single high quality chair with enough cushion to justify the price. Was looking at the Secret Lab Titan Evo but I've heard it's not comfortable enough.

Mesh is King. Get yourself a used Herman Miller Aeron for that price and don't look back.

I have this chair. Leather started flaking off within a year even taking good care of it/moisturizing it etc. That said, it's only come off in 2 places after 2 years. I needed a cheap comfortable chair at the time, and this is comfortable. But I can confirm those saying the leather will flake off, it will.
