I liked it a lot, but it took some time to get into it. It's an open-world RPG with real-time combat and no party following you around. There's a lot of interesting moral/ethical decisions to make and the game feels a lot more open than a Bioware game. The people I've known that didn't like it, just couldn't get into the combat/world in the first few hours.
The story and setting is incredible, there are two dlc, it's insane how good it is,
It's a an absolute masterpiece,

Bro it is the greatest game of all time released 10 years ago, the remaster is free for everyone, looks absolutely amazing, characters, choices, side quests, it's incredible,
