Logged into my account, went to my plans, and the option for 8GB/$160 plan is not there for me to renew. RedPocket makes it super hard to renew existing plans with such offer. I am currently on the 12GB GSMA plan ($240) and don't mind going to this 10GB plan; but it does not seem to be available despite their claims that it is available to existing customers.

RedPocket is also the only company I know that charges a fee ($2) to switch from physical to eSIM, which all other carriers allow for free. Their customer service is clueless as well, since when I called I was told that this 10GB offer is not available for existing customers, which is clearly a lie.

They should advertise it. How much? Only Premium and Elite list limited hotspot with their new listing.

That's interesting. If I go to "My Line", "Manage Payment Options", "Upgrade My Plan", and select "Yearly Plan", I'm offered the 10 GB/mo for $160 option. Did you scroll through all the options? It's only showing me 3 at a time; I have to click a left arrow icon to see more options. I'm currently on the eBay 5 GB plan, expiring at the beginning of February. Apparently, if you order though the "Upgrade" option, there's the ability to have the new plan take effect after your current plan expires vs. having it become effective immediately, forfeiting the remainder of the current plan.

Yes, I scrolled through all the options. I see Unlimited, 8GB, 5GB, 1GB and 500MB options. The 8GB+ plans are all north of $240, no option for a 10 GB for $160.

What plan are you on currently? I am currently on a 12 GB plan for $240.

Let's say my plan includes 10GB of data per month. What happens if I exceed 10GB in a month? Will I lose access to data for the rest of the month, or just slower speed? Thanks.

when I click on the 160 plan on the upgrade screen, it shows me 220 on the later screen. Do you have the same experience?

Yes, I'm seeing the same. I didn't want to click the "Buy Now" in case it would mess something up with my account. However, since I don't have any payment method associated with my account for them to charge anyway, I went ahead and tried... and yes, it then shows $220. I guess there's no way for existing customers to get it.
