Thank you for updating. Confirming I was now able to claim the offer and process it. Email from Walmart immediately followed confirming the $50 Walmart cash will be added. Also confirmed it is now showing in my Walmart Cash balance.
On that Onn 4k product page on the Walmart app, I had to expand a section that said Show More Details to see the offer again. Since I just redeemed it, that heading is no longer appearing or I'd add a screenshot in case it helped. When I saw it earlier on a desktop browser, it was in a separate box on the right side of the page a bit below the add to cart button. Image of that is attached to the OP. Might be targeted. Hope this helps.
Oh thanks I missed the screenshot. I don't see it, wonder if it's because I was a Walmart+ member until a couple weeks ago

A note on AMEX offers: only 100 offers show up on your available tab at a time. You have to add offers to your card and refresh the screen (or log out/ log back in) for more offers to appear. Your walmart+ offer may be available but not show up until other offers are added to your card.

And I have the AmEx "Spend $98 on Walmart+ annual membership, earn $49 back" offer.
Just rejoined now via the Walmart app. $98 charge to "Walmart Plus Annual" is pending on my AmEx, but no email about redeeming the offer yet. Already got the $50 in WM cash.
