Heard it is a crapshoot in getting a genuine or fake even if shipped and sold by Amazon. You are much better off buying these directly from Samsung.

Speed. The previous deal for SanDisk for 1TB costs more but better speed. Will you know the difference? Probably not. This is good for slow stuff like dashcam, photo camera, or retro game machines. Not great for like mobile phone where you might notice, or a high end video camera or a game system (ehhh maybe notice).

Pro plus has slightly faster write speed. You won't really notice the difference unless you are doing demanding things that actually needs the faster write speed.

It will be fine for game systems such as the switch and steam deck since i believe the hardware on those systems limits the speed so there's no difference in the performance of the evo select and pro plus

Any SD card experts out there have a recommendation for an SD card for my Surface Pro 7? Unfortunately the 128GB of storage ran out and it apparently soldered to the board. Looks like my only option is augmenting with a micro SD card but I want something quick and reliable
