I'm gonna be that person and say if anyone is interested in purchasing a retro arcade cabinet then they should at least look at AtGames Legends Ultimate (ALU). For a full arcade experience it is not as easy and turn key as these specific Arcade1Ups. Yes there are some include games and packs you can buy… but the real value is in its Bring Your Own Games - or more importantly - being able to run CoinOps software on a USB and load entire emulation suites and romsets from projects like "Fans of saUCE."

I've had my ALU going for four years as well as their pinball ALP for over two. It's not the same as a full legit arcade standalone rig but as a digital and highly customizable solution it's been worth my time and money.

Is this speculation or have you had experience? I bought a Street Fighter 2 Partycade from Ocean State Job Lot that was DOA. I contacted Arcade1Up about the problem and they sent me a detailed instruction to perform a board level repair and I was good to go. For me, this was a much better option than returning the unit as there were no others available at that price.
