Not a soapbox comment. Eat whatever want. But for those trying to avoid: soy protein, palm kernel oil, palm oil, glucose syrup, "natural flavor," soybean oil, sucralose, sugar, sunflower oil.... you may want to find another snack.

Love the peanut butter jelly taste. Avoid the mint chocolate chips they taste artificial to me

I don't know about the PB&J flavor but the others taste great.
I stopped eating these a long time ago after I started developing terrible stomachaches from the ingredients of this bar and others with similar ingredients. If you are in your 20s or 30s you can probably will not notice but anyone older or with sensitive stomachs will notice bloating and pains soon after eating them.
These are not healthy and I cannot believe someone who portrays himself as a healthy cook has created such an unhealthy bar.
