Not a soapbox comment. Eat whatever want. But for those trying to avoid: soy protein, palm kernel oil, palm oil, glucose syrup, "natural flavor," soybean oil, sucralose, sugar, sunflower oil.... you may want to find another snack.

Check out Costco Next and visit the Fit Crunch site. You have to buy a minimum $50 but I got these for $15 a box a while back. Picked up 4. They are ok. I like mint the best.

Not the person you're replying to, but it depends on what you're looking for. I do like these bars but don't buy them because they're too expensive for a mediocre quality product. I've recently started buying ready clean protein/fiber bars from Costco and really like them, but they have a fair amount of real sugar which is perfect for my needs.

The Mint Chocolate Chip is only $17.99 w/S&S. I buy these at BJ's for $19.99, their regular price (Usually stock up when they have their $5 off coupon). I usually stick with Quest Bars, but when I want something that tastes like candy, I'll go with a Mint Chocolate Chip Fit Crunch bar. They are very similar to a $100,000 bar.

I think I'll have one today now.

Maltitol as one of the top ingredients, avoid if you have a negative reaction to this stuff. E.g. the sugarfree Haribos.

Can't speak for this specific flavor, but Sam's Club has the peanut butter chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough combo pack (9 of each bar) for $19.98 every day and they have been my favorite protein bar I've tried by FAR. That much protein and only 1g of sugar from pretty much any other brand I've tried would taste like an incredibly chewy and dense bar of dirt. These things are actually tasty and fill me well. I'll eat one of these, a Nature Valley protein bar and a Premier Protein shake for breakfast before going to the gym around 5am and it holds me just fine through lunch.
