Wallet is awesome. It's been my daily driver since 2020 when I got it for $10 from Best Buy. My only issue is I've been carrying 12 cards since I got it and recently wanted to get rid of a few but when I remove a card the wallet won't tighten to hold the smaller amount of cards.

And their customer service is terrible. They take forever to ship things; took longer than two weeks to get my order this way. They refused to cancel it after I waited two weeks, and it was always in stock.

I like this wallet but two of my credit cards have a printed, adhesive design. The corners are unprotected in the wallet so they are starting to peel on the edges. Should have stored them face inward to better protect in my pocket.

Still use my wallet from a few years ago when it was "free" but with $4 shipping. The elastic isn't as strong anymore, but still works fine. I'd get another one, but I don't have a reason to.
I carry four cards (including DL) and some lactase and haven't found any other wallets quite as slim and minimalist.
