Question
But then what do old Community Managers do???
This old coot is retiring at the end of the month/year.
30 years with the school kids and 15 with internet goobers.
It's time to spoil the dogs even more and I plan to find every state, county, metro and city park I can in the area and let them ENJOY!
I am grateful for the opportunity MrSD and the team gave me when they brought me on as the first CM. I've learned so much and had some interesting experiences. Zip-lining in Vegas, go karts, etc and it has been fun meeting many of the mods when they visited the office back in the day.
I am looking forward to be set free in this lounge again

Thinking good thoughts for all of you. As others have said she couldn't have a better human looking out for her
She had bone cancer.
She loved everyone and everyone loved her.
I'll miss her in so many ways including spinning like a top and running from one side of the yard to the other barking like a madman trying to get every delivery truck, the mailman and all construction crews to come pet her and it often worked.
She gave me 6 and a half of the happiest years of my life. (Got her at 12 weeks and she was 2 months shy of 7 yrs).
It's just Loki and me now.
I brought him with me to say goodbye ( I brought her to the ER vet early today because she was in pain). I thought it was a UTI or something since she was on strict bed rest this last week. But no.
Thanks for joining me these last years enjoying her pictures and stories.

Loads of love and prayers coming your way, Schoobs...
she sure had a lot of love in her life, even for a goober.

Thanks emelvee , the hawks flying at 40 feet will prob also miss the crazy dog that thinks she has a chance to bark them out of the sky and catch them
I got scared at 3 am thinking about some symptoms Loki has been showing the last couple of months and took him to have the same bone scans. Yeah I was a mess thinking he's been in pain too and that I was losing them both but no sign of cancer yay just a bit of arthritis.
So while my heart is heavy that made it a touch lighter.
I appreciate all of the loungers support. I've been fortunate to have this.
