  3. Select the offer and click on "Get this reward"
  4. If you are an Xfinity X1 or Flex customer, open "Purchases" or say "Purchases" into your voice remote. Or, visit your "Purchases" folder on the Xfinity Stream app
    • It may take up to two hours for your movie to be available to watch.
  5. Select "The Polar Express"
  6. You'll see the movie on your next bill under "One-time charges" for $0

The text I got after redeeming said I purchased it for $12.99. Just be aware. The previous ones said $0.00. Hopefully it was a typo, but wanted to give a heads up that it could potentially not be working correctly.

I went through Xfinity rewards and clicked the button in their to add it to my library.

Really not a great movie, but the soundtrack is pretty good. The animation is deep in the uncanny valley.

Xfinity is so bad at this (doing things for "free"). Getting Peacock was a debacle. I also received the $12.99 text and am in chat currently to get it fixed.

I also got a text saying I'm being charged $12.99, and chatted with xfinity to get it removed. They tried to upsell and finally said the charge is removed. I understand they have to do that, but I would say hold off on claiming the movie for a bit and hope they fix the issue to save yourself some hassle.
Edit: the upsell was trying to upgrade my internet service and get me to switch to their mobile service

Got the same $12.99 msg. When checking with support on chat they say no extra bill on my account

I don't see anything on my upcoming charges yet.

where do you see if there was any charge ?

I don't see that it's billed my account. Hopefully it's not charging the CC directly, cause I'm still using my parents Xfinity rewards since they're Diamond status lol
