In for 1, I have an older system with wired camera, and don't want to wire again on my new home, plus the app always bugs at the time of recording critical content

unknown power banks and wall chargers are one thing, but networked video feeds of your home? YMMV I guess. isolate it on your network and no private areas to limit the risk. That's good practices for all IoT stuff

Is it possible that the AI features already detected your face as a friendly and didn't record you (like the option that's available on Eufy camera systems).

Not sure i need it, if I buy this, my blink with free online storage will be waster... debating 🤔.
In fact, it only has 16GB of local storage which per them does ~2 months of recording.
