Can you confirm its an IPS screen once you get it? I'm not sure I trust the listing. There's a discrepancy between the lower body of the listing saying it is an IPS but the onesheet graphic doesn't say it is.

I've been looking for an inexpensive Win11 laptop that could be used outdoors, this seemed to be worth a shot to get a 300 nits IPS screen. The main complaint on the specs is that the USB-C port can't be used to charge it, only the power brick. Decided I can live with that for the price.

HP has a specs page for a very similar model (15-fd0095ne vs this one 15-fd0095wm) posted here: https://www.hp.com/emea_middle_ea...2102420756. That page does list a backlit keyboard, so we'll see if it matches.

If you have Walmart InHome delivery there is a coupon code 20INHOME which will discount it another $20. Made it $258 for me plus tax.

Doubt it'll have a backlit keyboard but the chassis is probably the same. The same chassis housed n100/200/301 chipsets also. I expect it to have an IPS screen and an empty slot for another stick of 8gb 3200 memory. All these spec sheets list 13th gen processors. I bet HP had a bunch of 12th gen processors laying around and parts binned a Black Friday special for WM.
