I've been happily surprised with HART. Not deluxe/top of the line, but I've always been able to get the job done. I got a bundle like this a few years ago during a deal/price mistake otherwise I probably wouldn't have given them a chance.
If you're an infrequent DIYer it's not a terrible platform.

3 tools, battery& charger, and a bag for the cost of a single battery for many other brands.

I'm already in the Hart system as a weekend diy-er and you got me with the circular saw, I don't have one of those but I do have some pieces of missing trim I need to cut and this bundle is cheaper than the 6 and 1/2-in saw by itself without a battery. Thanks for posting.

Way back last year when Hart was doing a lot of deals, I got the bigger version of this set (I have the one that includes a driver). Honestly they've been fantastic tools, no complaints, did a lot of projects with them. I now have a million weird little hart tools and unique stuff because they always go on sale throughout the year including my favorite, a 5 gallon sprayer which is awesome. Happy with my purchase.

I haven't seen the oscillating saw in a set. Might have to buy it separately unless it comes in a huge set that won't be nearly as cheap if you already got the other stuff. Best bet might be finding it on a deal by itself. I've found deals on some of the sanders as single item deals.

Nice! Buying only so I can replace my drill and get another battery. The led light is a bonus and I'll see if I can sell the saw for 20$

You can see the Ryobi/TTI cross influence in the designs, but at $59?! No brainer if you need a basic tool set!
