Yeah ummmmm you probably shouldn't be using a disposable toothbrush for almost a year. The real slick deal is taking care of your teeth.

I got a similar electric toothbrush from SD years ago and it stopped working within the first year. Refills were a bit hard to come across too.

I also tried that fancy Philips diamond clean electric toothbrush from Costco when it was on sale and the motor died right after the 1st year. Ended up returning it for a full refund. A bit surprised since I heard so many great things about that toothbrush. I've gone back to being a caveman and using manual toothbrushes. Got a set of the Colgate ones on sale at Costco.

I've found that I can get the same results strapping my regular toothbrush to my Theragun.

1 out of 10 dentists recommend it.

Does the charcoal make enough of a difference, or I should I go with propane?

The cash back is available for the other three versions of this toothbrush as well. Now it seems battery toothbrushes are the new printers where it's cheaper to buy a whole new one than replace the head and battery.

15+ year Sonicare user here - on my 4th which is now 3 years old. The Costco ones are covered by a 2+ year warranty, all you have to do is call Philips and they mail you out a new one. In one case they even upgraded me. Save your receipt and box UPC just in case.

I'll add that whatever money I've spent on the Sonicares has been saved multiple times over at the dentist office.

I used to use these cheap battery brushes or manual brushes. They just don't clean as well and can even result in gum erosion. I was getting a cavity every few years and they were warning me about gum recession from bad brushing practices.

I've had excellent dental reports, no cavities and my gum erosion completely stopped since switching to the SCs.

And you don't need the most expensive one either. The $40 basic one with 1-2 modes is just fine.

I've had my Philips diamond for about a decade and can still take it on a weeklong vacations without even bringing the charger. You had a defective product. Thousands of reviews literally everywhere will tell you it's a fantastic brush.
