Installation from BestBuy, perhaps; but it doesn't mean that you can't still buy it an find a place near you that does stereo installations… or you can do it yourself too… definitely something people do.
Yes , of course but If I need to pay an additional 100 or more for install , it is not a slick deal anymore.

I have the Idatalink maestro RR for the steering wheel controls in my truck
I think you can use the cheaper wiring harness for some vehicles but I needed/wanted the maestro.

Perhaps I'm missing it, but when I go to the link, where did it say installation is included for free?

Most likely they will charge you extra for parts like the face plate to match your car and harness and all this other stuff. You can buy it yourself cheaper online but then they said they will not guarantee the install anymore. The stuff they make you buy usually cost more than what you can buy straight off amazon. Expect to pay at least $50 more from this price for the parts needed

Will they install backup camera if I get one? Would hate to take it out again.

Also how much extra cost for harness or cables even without steering wheel controls.

Keep your receipt and installation record. If you have the installation record, they will re-install the original part when you sell the car. I didn't keep my receipt, and they couldn't search my installation record so it was a headache.
