When I go to checkout, there's a message that says, "Please Add Recipient Details" and the checkout button is greyed out, which is preventing me from checking out. Anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you have to do for the checkout button to un-grey itself out?

I also tried checking the this is a gift and entered my email and wrote a note, but the message still remains.

I did not have any problem getting to checkout. You do have a shopmyexchange.com account, right?

I entered my initials and email address for recipient details since I wanted the gift cards to come to me. The checkout button was then activated.

I did do that. Instantly got the first $10 and then a day later got the other. But that was then. Also if you fill out their survey you get a $10 of $40 code.
