FWIW I have a four door Bespoke (the meat drawer version) and it is one of my favorite fridges.
Please provide some web links to prove your statements, because the last repairman I talked to just 6 months ago still saying that Samsung is the biggest trash you can get.
She was probably too lazy to throw away the food on the plates and bowls just dumping them into the machine. Then she was whining she had to eat off paper plates because she was too lazy to hand wash her dishes. Idk about these refrigerators and their cursed ice makers but some people abuse these machines and complain all the crap they put in them broke their machines.

When people come out to fix these things they're not wearing Samsung uniforms, but some Joe's crapshack handyman services.
Mine is counter-depth, which unfortunately doesn't look to be on sale at this time, but the feature set I have is the same. Mine is stainless steel and came with a free extra set of panels (I chose white glass). I paid $1840.
Enjoy being weeks if not months without a refrigerator while they go on a endless cycle of parts and service calls, back orders, and delays...
