it's 2024, that makes no sense for an ordinary desktop to choose the mouse, keyboard, and monitor to you. I can choose those for myself, please deduct the cost of those from my computer.

Not really, the real difference between this and that M2 is that this has double the ram (16gb).

I bought one as my first Mac ever and I feel ashamed because I use it as an Apple TV. But to my credit, I can block ads on Brave but not with TVos apps.

Yes, Amazon had it for the same price back in November. I ordered on 11/21 and it was delivered on 12/6 which was the first date of the available delivery window.
