The $99 deal is hackable. The $79'ers are not. They're pre-packed single SKU bundles.

The question was: Is this hackable? I tried to answer that.

An easy way to check if a Home Depot deal is hackable is to check your cart. If all items are part of one SKU (one price) the deal isn't hackable.

If the 'Free Item' has its own SKU and discounted price in your cart, it is hackable.

Yes. Start here to be safe:

The others look like pre-bundles. But I didn't check to see what happens when they're added to cart.

Your link brings us back to the $99 deal and not the $79 deal OP posted.

His is a full combo at $79, non-hackable.

Not sure if the $79 deal is hackable or not but it does have a 90-day return policy so worst case scenario you could return the entire purchase.

True, but if someone only wanted the tool (or the batteries), then the hackable $99 deal, would be the better option.

I am needing batteries. Is this a good deal for that? Or, should I wait for other deals that may be better? Newbie and only have two tools purchased a few years ago (light and air compressor/tire inflator), but never used because the impulse buy didn't include batteries - ugh! Thanks
