There's the $5 off and then for buy the ps5 pro, I had some points to exchange...so it was $20 off. Which brings it down to a $60 BD player... I'm ok with that

That's what I thought it meant. I was thinking "don't put it on the end, people might think it works for the normal console."

It works for the digital slim models and pro models. It is not intended for the regular OG disc or OG digital models.

I bought one of these for 80 bucks when the pro came out at Walmart, Are these really out of stock everywhere? back in Nov. there was a load of them. i'd say hold off for now.
