My bigger beef is how much they've locked down zip code changing and radius. I don't feel like their jump on the market is worth the subscription price anymore either as last time I tried it everything was still sold out even the "member only" deals.

Honestly, for the price of these, you're better off spending less and getting some of the Wurkos, Sofirn, or Convoy deals that pop up.

Are you referring to the brick seek price, or normal retail price?

Well, I only really looked at one of the lights, but it was $50 and change. I just ordered two Sofrins for less than that and they come with high quality rechargeable batteries.

At the sale prices several are pretty on par price wise, but a chinese 18650 or 21700 light is probably going to be as good or better, have more features and better battery life using a big li-on battery (though a lot of these will run on a lithium as well if they have the 3 x AAA holder).

That is ridiculously overpriced for a plastic flashlight. Thrunite, convoy, sofirn are mid-range brand flashlights but they're really nice. Candle Power Flashlight Forum is a great site if you want to know more about flashlights. LEDs, Beam patterns, tint, efficiency, Candelas, modes, and switches are some things to consider. Lumens is the only thing most people know about and many ads hilariously exaggerate about total lumens.
