recently tried the hp victus with 4070, which cheaper ~950, it is LOUD!

To fit a reference 4080, I'm limited to literally two cases, and one of them would require modification.
This should vastly outperform any console on the market, with a very small footprint. Perfect for living rooms and home theaters.
