Valid concern but in my experience generally if anything makes it to 90 days it's probably gonna be just fine. Everyone has their risk tolerance though!

Rolling the dice on the MAG401QR. Promo takes it below $200, and there is a 10% cashback offer available out there
(i don't think i can name or link to it since it's not through sd, but it should be easily found as one of the top results of a simple search)

Thinking about buying one of those refurb monitors, has anyone had any experience with buying refurb units in the past? Bonus if it's from Woot! My main concern is getting a unit that's got a lot of dead pixels.
Thanks OP. For $130 im rolling the dice on the 27" 4k msi monitor. He has never had hdpi fonts and well at least the msi refurbs have 180 day warranties
Refurbished items often have MORE strict quality control. They have to be manually inspected and repaired by a tech before being sent out again.
And refurbed monitors means the person bought 3, kept the best and returned the rest. Enjoy the "dead pixels and light bleed are within factory limits".
