For folks on renewals -- I've found their retention offers to be the best. Worried about stocking up on credits on my account and then them not offering a nice retention offer. Right now, I'm paying around $12/mo for a 1-yr, 15GB plan.
How do you get a retention offer? Chat or call in?

I have to say that there CS has gone down hill in the past year, took them 1 month to take care of an issue of triple billing me which was there own fault and they continued to say they didn't see the second charge in there system when it was right on my CC.. If I didn't get there reddit reps on it , they would have never took care of it. That's what happens when your now owned by T-mobile directly..

Yes, you can , but before you renew, you wallet balance have to be a least the balance of your plan due amount, you can not pay part with wallet money.

Does anyone know how to add mint offer to multiple Amex cards? Would the offer disappear from my other Amex cards as soon as I add the offer on the first card?

How do you split the payment? Via amex split & send?

I am new customer and have offer on two cards, how can I maximize this one?
Have you figured out? Paypal doesn't provide split option for Mint, and the CSR also said no split pay if order by phone. Any other options?

Does tax and fees count toward the $90 amount?
For AMEX offer, I think so. At least for other stores (BBY, Lowes, Staples) it cares the final total charge.

I just activated the offer through my Amex card and purchased a 12 month phone plan on Mint mobile. Offer says I may have to wait up to 90 days after using the service for the $45 credit to appear on my account. Thanks for sharing this offer OP!
Update. Mint Mobile charged my credit card on December 5 for the mobile service, and my Amex card showed a $45 credit from Mint on December 6. I'm happy it was fast, and didn't take the 90 days. wait time.
