One thing about Potbelly that I figured out after is that when one orders a sandwich, they only get what is on the sandwich. They separate their toppings out and only put them on if you decide to customize. This led to some visits where I had like the most bland and driest sandwiches. If one wants the pickles, some sauce (mayo, vinaigrette, etc.) etc.; one will have to customize.

I don't see a way to add the gift card to your account balance in the app or on their website, which is very inconvenient. I would be happy to load up a few on my account and use it whenever i go there, but I don't want to have to go find an email to do it every time. Really poor app management on their part.

Yeah their GC loading on the app is crappy AF! You can only load a GC when you're ordering & about to pay, it's complete BS & almost makes me not even want to buy / eat there!

This is an important fact. So I added 2 BIG sandwiches to my cart. I click the checkout button in the cart view and It asks if I want to use the b1g1 perk. I say yes and it doesn't go to checkout. It is because you have to order 2 original not BIG sandwiches(even though the promo clearly says BIG is included). This happens on both the app and website.
