Apple TV Store has The James Bond Collection as a Holiday Deal of the Day. The 25-movie bundle for $89.99 which is the lowest price I can see for the 4k collection on Apple / iTunes.

There's an Apple TV app on Roku and Google. Only need an Apple ID to buy these deals. IMO iTunes is superior to other platforms because it works worldwide.

So what you're saying is that those of us that have our library elsewhere should just rebuy everything in iTunes since it's "superior"? For years and years, apple absolutely refused to work with anything outside of apple products, and I wouldn't put it past them to button it back down again, so that's a hard pass for those of us that don't like to overpay for our hardware just to watch some movies.

Why would anyone rebuy? I was answering the question by showing that the Apple ecosystem is not as locked down as it seems. Personally, it took me a while to realize that and I accumulated content on another platform that doesn't work outside of the USA.

I see the standard $99.99 price:

Even at 89.99 it's not really a slick deal -imho

Then wait for a deal from other streaming services. Is it Apple's fault that they are constantly running deals on digital movies and tv shows? If you don't like Apple, then there is no reason to be in this thread at all. I want Apple to be as closed off as possible. It's how it should be. I always laugh when people constantly ask if it's MoviesAnywhere compatible. What a stupid service when it doesn't even support all the movie studios, let alone the tv shows.
