YouTube Premium also comes with music streaming. After trying it out for a month, it was a no brainer at its price point and ended my Spotify subscription

You Tube has all new 'tools and methods and checks' to find out of if you really are 'new subscriber' or not.
Was hoping YouTube Premium would run a $99 a year annual special on BFriday or CyperM. Nope. Cant afford $140 a year.

Not it's based on your profile and history so a bit embarrassing lol, Google puts all they know about you into crap ads. I am glad coz that shit has way better uses.

May have to hop on this deal. Just recently YouTube has cracked down on using the Argentinian loop hole. Love only paying $1.90 a month for premium.

I was doing the India cc payment trick for bit until they caught on, but they haven't closed down the apple gift card method which does seem to require iOS device to setup an India Apple ID that you load up with Indian apple gift cards (purchasable from Amazon India) then you subscribe to YouTube via apple subscriptions. Doesn't seem to require vpn, but does probably require a cc or payment card with no/minimal foreign transaction fees, google "reddit india amazon gift card youtube premium", I think it's worth the trouble for iOS users for $5 month family plan.

To add to the 'value' conversation. I think this is easily the best value of any streaming service right now but 14 bucks a month is close to the max I will pay every month for music and video bundled. If I actually used the music service regularly I would be ok paying more. If you are the type that already pays for a music subscription yt premium is absolutely a good proposition imo
