I love the Cortez, but only the navy style. If I wasn't so attached to that specific color, I would definitely grab a pair.

These have been around for around 50 years. My friend swore by them while I rotated from Puma Clyde's, to Adidas Superstar to Converse Dr. J's. Memories. I still wear the Superstars and have more sneakers than I could wear in the next two years. Otherwise I'd try these for nostalgia

These homies at Nike.com know I'm from East L.A., huh? To compliment this look, they recommending plaid, bandanas, crisp white tees, Dickies, and knee high socks to match the Nike Cortez? Sounds like they enabled my webcam.

This reply should be getting a lot more love. I guess not too many ogs from the 626 in the house. They say baggy jeans are coming back in style. Time to break out the few pairs of anchor blue beyond baggies I got stored away. (Jk, I never stored them away. They have lasted 25 years!)
