If you have an android phone, you can turn on mock location and then set your location to be inside the store you want to check, using something like Fake GPS. Then tell the Walmart app to find your location, which will launch store mode and let you check prices with the UPC.

I'm not sure if others have easier ways to do it, but I can confirm that brickseek did not show the in-store clearance price, but reflected the online price instead like it was the in-store price. Brickseek seems to be completely dead for these types of things
