Sucks that there's really been no enhancements or worthy alternatives for this in a decade. Logitech made a newer model, that had backlit keys and was rechargeable Vs using batteries- but it's now out of production.

Either way, solid price for a product that's going to last you a very long time

Repped! We have a few of these K400's in the house; the couch convenience is unmatched.

I bought about 50 of these for work. They've been good over the last couple years. We've had issues with them showing up as main audio device on chromeboxes. Logitech tech support has been useless. They've worked great with windows and Linux.

I use mine to control my gaming laptop when it's connected to my TV. We play Jackbox games with the entire family. This keyboard is clutch!

yeah lol that's literally what we use it for! we use it for our living room console PC, and since it has touchpad, it's a lot easier to use this one thing than having to keep a mouse around in the living room on the coffee table. it's very convenient for that purpose.

I have bought several for work. I put the dongle on a short 6" extension to make it easier to plug and unplug. I use it to program and fix our digital signage players when they are in place usually 10' in the air. Plug in the dongle and then step back to see the screen to see what I am doing. I went through several as they broke in my backpack until I found a hardcase to put the last one in.

It works and works well. But, I have also never spent more than $20 on any of them. One was $17, so not sure about this 28% off.

have one. I lost the dongle for it somewhere. It's a nice board. I was looking to replace the dongle for $14, or I could get a new board for $20.

We have some of that newer model for exhibits. The MicroUSB port for charging breaks very easily. If I had a choice between the two, I would pick the K400.

It's a very good keyboard. I don't like how the up-and-down arrow keys are split, I preferred the previous version the plane K 400. But might pick up one of these as a back up.

I use this at work for a smart TV while presenting. The keys are uncomfortably squishy and I would never want to type on it for extended periods of time, but it's a convenient all in one solution. Probably ideal for setups connected to a living room TV or similar.

That's the one I have (K830). Still going, but fading. Would love to find a good replacement.

FWIW anyone having issues with the touchpad or the transmitter in general on this, keep the transmitter away from USB 3.0 which causes 2.4ghz interference with these. At least on my gen. I unplugged my unnecessary old external usb 3.0 HDD enclosure and solved my problems approx 5 years ago and haven't looked back.
