I'm not sure if $20 is a deal or not because I haven't been watching this game's price. But I played through it on game pass a while ago and was pretty addicted to it until I finished.

It's a great puzzle platformer with fantastic art style, level design and mechanics. It's not very long, but doesn't overstay its welcome. If you're a fan of this genre you wouldn't be disappointed to pick this up for $20.

Talos Principle immediately comes to mind, even though the presentation is pretty different. The Witness is another one but I would say Cocoon is a lot more approachable in terms of puzzle design.

Played it on game pass and was very impressed. It's an extremely smart puzzle game but not so obtuse that you have to look it up. You can absolutely finish it yourself without looking anything up (I.e. at least the regular ending. I believe there is an alternate ending with a few second longer end sequence but I didn't get that, nor did I bother).

Like other people said the game never overstayed its welcome.

I'll bite - loved limbo. also had a $25 GC for gamestop from I don't even know when so great to get rid of it, granted the rest of GC went to shipping. Paying $3.67 for a physical copy of this game shipped feels slick enough to me

Being able to solve the puzzles without needing to look stuff up is one of the reasons I'll forevermore Portal 1 and 2
