I ordered on Sun. but the deadline to pick it up is this Thus. Since it's at a CVS that's a bit of a drive, I won't be in that area until Fri. or Sat. If I call them, would they be able to extend my pickup window? Or will it automatically be refunded after Thurs.?

Have you looked at the follow up email reminders? I had an order on 12/10. The pick up email doesn't say a deadline. The first reminder said 12/13, but then the second reminder said it had been extended to 12/16. I did not request an extension so have no idea what triggered it.

Does ExtraBucks rewards expire? I check my account after pick up, and it's not there. I check after 2 days, and it shows up. Now after a week, when I try to use it to buy something, there's 0 extrabucks rewards. What's happening?

That's interesting your order pickup deadline was extended. Mine wasn't and still shows tomorrow as the deadline. I called that store and said I can pick it up on Sun. He said he'll put a note in the system to extend it until then. So, we'll see.

Was able to do this twice. Basically paid $12 to get $14 back. And, that $14 is going to last me until January 20th, according to my app.

Were you able to get your order? I picked up some orders yesterday that the reminder email said pick up by 12/22, but the label on the order said: "return to stock 12/25." So it seems like there was a grace period.

Interesting your order extended it by 3 days. I'll go today to pick up the toothpaste since I'll be near the area. I have no idea if it would've been auto-returned if I didn't call the store and ask them to hold until Sun. (today). I received text and email confirmations about it. I'll pay attention to the label when I go there this evening to see what the return to stock date is. I hope I don't have any issues getting the $7 CVS cash. I've never done that before.

I got the toothpaste order yesterday. The "return to stock" date on the sticker attached to the paper bag was 12/22.

When logged into CVS.com, how can I confirm that I have the $7 ExtraBucks Reward? In my account, the ExtraCare savings says "$0.00 available rewards on card". Is that where it should be?
