rtings:
The Samsung Q60D (which this tv is also named) is decent for mixed usage. It has very good SDR brightness and decent reflection handling, so it's suitable for use in a bright room. The TV doesn't get bright enough in HDR for highlights to stand out, and it only has okay contrast, so HDR content isn't as impactful as it should be. Its viewing angle is narrow, so the image degrades when viewed from the sides, making it unsuitable for watching shows or sports with friends. Unfortunately, it also has a slow response time, so faster motion in sports or video games is blurry. Finally, the TV isn't a very good option for gaming on modern consoles or PCs since it lacks HDMI 2.1 bandwidth and VRR.

I agree with you. Those type of replies are idiotic because they don't bring any information on why it's "junk".

They have to scream "junk" because it makes them feel better about their 43" Element they bought in 2017 or that $98" 8K 480hz OLED they plan to buy once they hit the Powerball..how else do you expect them to sleep at night?

True I have 85" version in living room bought in March for $1000, no other qled even entry level was close to that price at that time.
It's amazing for regular use and all guests have given compliments so far.
I loved it so I bought 70" version for $450 in August to put in Den. Loving it as well. At these prices they are awesome and with that other soundbar deal I posted it's insane..
