got it ...used my amazon pts i currently have one of these not sure of the model ? bought it on one of these refurb deals 2-3 years ago ..this last month my allergies went CRAZY.. after about a week i realized i hadnt been turning it on turned it on and noticed the difference pretty quick these are awesome thanks op

I just realized that it has no WiFi. I called the Dyson support team three times and mentioned that this is a refurbished version. They didn't know it had no WiFi. The last technician referred me to a local Dyson store for repairs.
