They shipped an incomplete product, i returned quickly and expected them to send out replacement promptly also, however almost a week , and I still wait for their shipment,no tracking number. Be aware some risk in their renewed product from ebay. Seems like some third party vendor in Texas processed their used product.

Yeah, I finally asked for full refund and will go with different brand such as Tapo

Seems like I am in the same boat with some people who gave negative feedbacks on Roborock Ebay store. Some had to wait a month for replacement. Unbelievable!!!

They might have abused the word "Certified"

I got the Q5 Pro last week, new from Amazon for like $130. I am shocked how well the mapping, app and vacuum work. I used to have a roommate with 2 shedding dogs and he had one of those original Roomba robot vacs, and that thing was terrible. Always got stuck, battery always died, it was just terrible. I have no pets now and it's just me and I'm not home often, so I figured I would give it a try. I also have a Dyson V15 that I love, but this Q5 Pro is great so far. Gets under some tables and chairs and nightstands that I can't get with Dyson. Mostly tile, with a few area rugs

I have the Q5 as well. The mapping is outstanding!

Get it new from amazon or other well known brand, I do'nt believe in their refurbished product anymore specially the price is no longer making sense.

Q7 isn't worth the extra over the q5 pro. The q5 pro has more power and double roller. I have the q7 max and would recommend the the q5 pro .

The mopping on the the q7 max isn't worth the extra. I hardly ever use it.

Lol this is not a "deal"... as others have said the Q5 NEW is cheaper than this and the deal is still active. I used coupons/cb to get it for like 120$...

love the vacuum, btw! so impressed so far. no-brainer purchase for us. one of those things that makes us ask ourselves why we waited so long to try a robovac.

I bought my q7 Max new on amazon for 220 and love it. I bought a ton of new mopping pads from temu for cheap and basically wet-mop my floors every night. I freakin love it. My s4 runs upstairs for the last 5 years and while it needed a new battery once, has also been boss. Can't believe more people don't have these.
