Second ingredient is cane syrup and third is cane sugar!? Plant based or not, it contains way too much sugar to be what I'd consider healthy. EEK!

But yes, certain types of sugar can be theoretically worse than others. The point is, assuming all things are equal between types and quantities of "sugar".... your body doesn't care where the sugar came from nor which line of a human generated nutrition label it is itemized on. The molecules are the same.

If sugar is a concern perhaps tuna or chicken might be a more appropriate form of protein? Also probably avoid anything that says "Cookies 'n Cream" Wink
