Most probably already know, but over the summertime, the Sip club was unusable. Their computer system "shut down" for about a week. You couldnt order or use the Sip club from the app or online. Their response was abysmal. I wouldn't join back if it were free, let alone $5. Buyer beware.

Thanks, my sub just lapsed so I'll renew it soon. And I recall there being a short outage. But the employees at all three of the locations near me said to just help myself

The coffee is really bad. I drink most coffee black. With Panera, I add sugar and milk, and it's still bad.

Anyone think it's good?
