I was able to stack these deals by purchasing a couple of $100 giftcards.com GCs and rolling them into other GCs that are 10% off as well. Example, I purchased a $100 GC from giftcards.com for $90 and in turn used that to purchase a $111 LEGO gift card. For some reason the 10% off giftcards.com GC only works on the $100 cards, hence the multiple purchases.

I've never had any issues, but they do have a strict anti-fraud process which will reject orders.
For anyone who has issues placing orders, I'd recommend using a desktop/laptop computer, a standard internet connection (no VPNs or any other funny business), and a common email (gmail/yahoo), and being located in the USA.
