there is no evidence that

"There is no evidence to suggest that coconut, sesame, or sunflower oils have any effect on the whitening of teeth."

They've been working for me I can tell a difference. Especially if you drink coffee in which I do it helps combat that staining coffee does.

Wonder if that $16 deal on this was a one time thing. Holding out for that again!

Isn't the Costco deal for $29 better? You get 20 packs of treatment plus 10 packs of the monthly treatment.

Not if it's not available. I don't see that available online.

I see it. Maybe it's based on regional availability. To answer the original question I would say about the same value between the two deals. Both are great, but neither is that much better than the other.

It depends, I bought the most expensive ones. Paid like $70 and they didn't make much improvement

I think they work to a certain extent. They aren't going to give you that movie star smile where it's super white. If you have like daily staining I think it could lighten your teeth up to a reasonable extent. I think it depends on expectations tbh and what "whiter" means and is worth to you. I will say that I have also used Walmart's equate version and they are cheaper and maybe just as good. My dentist told me to start using these after a cleaning to get the maximum effect!
