Chase doesn't have a 10% cashback offer for Turbotax. Their $20 offer page is just saying that using their affiliate link, you can get a 10% discount off the regular price. For example, Deluxe download is $70 regular price and going thru Chase's affiliate link, there's a $7 discount so the cost is $63.

It's better to use the fidelity affiliate link (https://www.fidelity.com/accounts...x-discount) since it gives a 30% discount off the regular price. So the same Deluxe program costs $49 going thru fidelity instead of Chase. Of course, use your Chase card with the $20 offer to pay for it with the reports that people are getting the $20 credit without needing to use Chase's affiliate link.

Ok, I checked back and on fidelity website, it says I can get 30% off. When I click through the fidelity affiliate link, and select Do it yourself-> Doing taxes with Desktop software, I get the following offer for TurboTax Deluxe.

$49 (MSRP $70) Includes 5 federal e-files.
Include 1 state download
state e-file $25 extra

This doesn't seem any better than other deals. Also, in the disclaimer Fidelity says they are getting paid by Intuit. So, then this obviously is not the best possible deal.

Up to 5 computers, the activation screen would show how many PC have been activated with the same license code.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to navigate to that purchasing option. I'd stack that with a $20 Chase offer and suck it up. I refuse to use the online version.

From the very top menu, hover over "Do it yourself", then click on "Doing taxes with Desktop software". It took me a while to find it as well.
