Clearance prices are by store done by that manager so this is pretty much a deal for people who live in Cincinnati.

For what it's worth, here is the Brickeek link to check. I am not seeing any near me with discount better than $171. I too live near Cincinnati area. Sucks that BS only lets you pick 2 stores at a time and you have to keep changing them to try others. Which store exactly OP? if too far for me someone else closeby might get one.

At least Wal-Mart actually does real clearance nowadays as opposed to years ago when a small discount was actually a miracle to find. If anything though their current clearance system makes sense. If an item is selling at MSRP or close at a store then it makes no sense to discount it.

Are you sure it's the 450 model? The DP-UB150-K has been the Panasonic model in my local store for a while.
