It's a wing sauce, so it's not meant to be like "regular Cholula" . I got 2 bottles last time and it expires very soon, so buyer beware. That being said, it's a really tasty wing sauce.

I tried this during last month's ss deal and it was kinda sour. Not like regular cholula in my opinion. Just my 2¢.

This stuff lights me up for some reason and I have a pretty good spice tolerance. It's spicy and bitter because it's vinegar forward, which I prefer in a hot sauce. Melt a stick of butter, add this, a dash of garlic and onion powder and a dash of Worcestershire sauce for a uniquely flavorful buffalo sauce.
