How's the earn income work? Sharing your charger with the public?
It's a business level changer so, yes, if mounted in a publicly accessible location users can be charged for use if you subscribe to the Autel EV Charging Station Management System (CSMS).

I had it in my cart, BTW, that's how I noticed.
Presumably you forfeit a percentage for billing and cloud connectivity.
For anyone who has an EV, how do you normally prevent people from using your charger? Do most chargers restrict use to predetermined vehicles or are they open to all?

The Autel chargers, including this one posted are able to authenticate with an RFID card to avoid unauthorized use. A good feature to have if mounted outside and publicly accessible. You can also choose to only allow authentication via the app, if desired.

I saw that for this one, but what about others? Is there a standard? From what little research I've done it seems like Autel is a solid choice. Not trying to derail the thread, genuinely curious since an EV is in my semi near future.
