This screen in particular looks "fuzzy" and not sharp due adding touchscreen to the OLED.

Also, it says it run Windows 10 Home, but people are mentioning an ARM processor. If it runs Windows 11 Pro 64, won't most Windows based programs install ok? TIA

This here video review is where I grabbed the screenshot from:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUctDa7
I didn't actually watch the video; only skimmed through to see what the screen looked like (for you).
I don't think this particular laptop has anything to do with ARM at all. It's just a regular Windows 11 laptop. Install whatever Windows app you'd normally install.
This looks like an excellent choice for a work/office/school laptop as long as you're not intending to do much gaming with it. The caveat is that the Meteor Lake CPUs fall behind on multi-core workloads, so if you know that you'll be using software that makes use of all of the cores, then I would look elsewhere.
Review:

The review thinks that this laptop is a very good portable laptop but complains that the screen resolution is low compared to other comparably priced laptops. The review does say that the screen is vibrant, clear and bright, just not as high resolution as the competition.
Battery life is excellent at 17 hours in the video test at half brightness. Probably 12-14 hours of real world use.
RAM is soldered, so not upgradeable, but for the use cases this laptop is designed for 16GB of fast LPDDR5 RAM should be enough.
If you want a laptop for school/office type of workloads and value portability over high end performance, this is a great laptop at a good price.
If you want all of the above plus light gaming with an iGPU then hold out for the Lunar Lake deals that I believe are coming in the next month or two, but expect to pay $150-$250 more than this.

Buy 9 instacart $100 ($20 off) gift cards ( you would need your friends and family to buy these as 2 gift cards per account) and then go to sameday.costco.com and apply these gift cards while ordering.. boom for $700 you would get 32gb Lenovo slim 7

We test each laptop and tablet's battery life by playing a locally stored 720p video file (the open-source Blender movie Tears of Steel) with display brightness at 50% and audio volume at 100%. We make sure the battery is fully charged before the test, with Wi-Fi and keyboard backlighting turned off.

PC Labs Battery Rundown Test
Video Playback, 720p "Tears of Steel," 50% Brightness - 17:01
The battery result is a real positive here, behind only the MacBook Air. This comfortably falls into the "all day battery life" range, so you don't have to worry about working off the charger, taking this laptop with you, or constantly looking for the nearest outlet. On the display testing, the color coverage is very good, and this is a bright panel.

And just to add, a quick look at other reviews, gizmodo review said 8 hour battery life and cnet has it at 9 hours. And even then I wouldn't trust you get that in the real world. I have tried many laptops at home and compared what I am getting in real world vs reviews and it never even come close. And no I don't game or any fancy graphics or any video editing. I am talking about mixed web browsing (mostly Slickdeals and email) and web videos like YouTube at 50% brightness or less, 25% or less audio volume.
Hate that the power button is on the side (using it as a laptop i hit it with my leg) and the SD slot is gone.
Other than that...its not a huge difference. Sidegrade sure, but my 2 year old machine was fine.

This Lenovo is better if you really want a touchscreen or need 1TB of storage. It might also be less of a fingerprint magnet.
